蚝油鲍鱼菇焖鸡

材料:鸡肉,鲍鱼菇,姜片
调味料:斋蚝油,绍兴酒,盐,糖少许

做法:
1。热锅不加油把鸡肉炒至变色,才加少许油和下姜片爆香
2。下鲍鱼菇略炒,下调味料和加水把鸡肉全部覆盖,煮至水滚
3。以小火焖至入味,即完成!
