千层酥皮 5片<br />
鲜奶油 100ml<br />
糖粉 2匙<br />
草莓,奇异果<br />
或各自喜爱的水果<br />

<b>做法:</b><br />
<br />
1. 把千层酥皮拿出来解冻8-10分钟,让后分成4份.<br />
2. 把切好的酥皮放在烤盘里,预热烤炉,用200度烤8-10分钟(温度与时间视不同烤箱而异)<br />
3. 酥皮烤至金黄色即可,拿出来待冷。<br />
4. 酥皮冷后,用小刀子在皮面上切一个小口,备用。<br />
5.鲜奶油100ml和糖粉2匙,打发,装进袋子里。<br />
6. 把打发的鲜奶油,挤进冷却的酥皮里。<br />
7. 在放上草莓,奇异果,或是自己喜爱的水果,即完成了迷你水果派。<br />

3. 放进烤炉烤至cheese融化即可。<br />

跟一位旅居日本朋友學做的涼麵,原來麵線也可以有這樣的吃法,一點也不糊而卻Q彈好吃哦!<br />
熱熱的天氣來一碗冷冷的涼麵,舒服哦!<br />

材料:<br />
黃瓜 切絲<br />
蘿蔔 切絲<br />
煎蛋 切絲<br />
麵線<br />
昆布醬油<br />
青蔥<br />
<br />
做法:<br />
1 . 麵線煮軟後,就放進冰水裡冰浸,然後瀝乾備用<br />
2. 昆布醬油加點水,放蔥粒。<br />
3. 把麵 線青瓜絲 蘿蔔絲 雞蛋 擺盤好,就可吃了。<br />

你可以把材料都混合拌一拌後吃, 或者分開把麵線浸入醬油裡再拿出來吃。<br />
<br />
